- Coordinate interviews and intake meetings
- Enter data into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate status updates to applicants
- Manage background checks, driving records, and other contingencies
- Administer candidate assessment processes
- Support labor relations by coordinating meetings and tracking grievances
- 2 years of general administrative, recruiting, scheduling, or HR-related experience
- Experience handling sensitive or privileged information
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- 1 year of experience with an applicant tracking system or full-cycle recruitment
- Familiarity with iCIMS and/or PeopleSoft
- Experience hosting Zoom or Teams Meetings
