Job Summary

In this role, you will provide administrative support for human resource operations, manage confidential employment records, and deliver exceptional customer service to employees and the public. You'll be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support recruitment and onboarding efforts.

• Coordinate interviews and intake meetings
• Enter data into the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate status updates to applicants
• Manage background checks, driving records, and other contingencies
• Administer candidate assessment processes
• Support labor relations by coordinating meetings and tracking grievances

Requirements

• 2 years of general administrative, recruiting, scheduling, or HR-related experience
• Experience handling sensitive or privileged information
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferences

• 1 year of experience with an applicant tracking system or full-cycle recruitment
• Familiarity with iCIMS and/or PeopleSoft
• Experience hosting Zoom or Teams Meetings

Working Conditions

100% of your work will be performed onsite in an office environment within Everett, WA. You will be required to move throughout and between different office buildings.
