Title
Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule
12-hour shifts including Days and Evenings. Variable schedule with hours ranging between 0700-1930, 0900-2130, 1030-2300, 1200-0030, and 1300-0130. Required to work up to 3 weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday/Sunday) per pay period and holidays based on unit needs.

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS & Conscious Sedation Competency certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the Emergency Department within the last 12 months
- Preferred: 2 years minimum in the Emergency Department
- Additional certification preferred: TNCC

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in an Emergency Department setting.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare.
- Manage emergency situations and perform necessary interventions.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.

Compliance / Notes
- Non-billable orientation for 8 hours.
- Timekeeping using UKG.
- Nicotine-free facility.
- Bi-weekly pay period; client may cancel one shift per 2-week pay period at no cost.
- Orientation details include attendance at training sessions.
