Join our dynamic team at the Windsor Production facility as a Manufacturing Technician. This role offers the unique chance to collaborate in the creation of wind turbine blades, crafting them from fiberglass and other materials. You’ll play a pivotal role in energizing homes across the US by bringing these monumental products to life.

Primary Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate manufacturing equipment with a strong commitment to safety protocols
• Adhere to Process Work Instructions and engage in manual production processing to accurately fit and assemble components such as bolts, screws, shafts, or bearings
• Exceed production benchmarks by completing specific tasks within the designated timeframe
• Lift, position, and/or remove material from work areas
• Load, stack, and transport materials by hand, truck, crane, or jib
• Read and comprehend Work Process Instructions and translate them into the ability to perform tasks
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Required Experience

• Two years of experience in Manufacturing, Trade Labor, Craning, or Fabrication
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Required Education
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Working Condition s

• The work environment involves the use of latex, epoxy, and fiberglass, including fiberglass dust
