Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant
Location: Timonium, MD
Salary: $26-$30/hr.
Full-Time | Weekend Required
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Consultant to support apartment communities in Timonium, MD. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys leasing, resident relations, and assisting with daily property operations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads, conduct tours, qualify prospects, and assist with applications.
- Prepare leases, addenda, and move-in and move-out documents.
- Maintain resident files, guest cards, vacancy reports, and market surveys.
- Enter and follow up on maintenance requests.
- Prepare resident communications and required notices.
- Follow Fair Housing guidelines and applicable laws.
- Serve as acting manager when the Property Manager is unavailable.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of assistant property management and leasing experience.
- 2–3+ years of customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing and apartment leasing requirements.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Yardi experience is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Full-time availability, including weekends.
