Network AdministratorSeeking a Network Administrator to support an Air Force program within the Network JBAB Enterprise Operations team. This is a senior Cisco network engineering role supporting secure, mission-critical enterprise network operations in a DoD environment. Core Responsibilities:Monitor enterprise networks for alarms, issues, outages, and degraded performanceIdentify and resolve issues directly or escalate appropriatelyTroubleshoot network issues using script-based methods and standard operational proceduresInterface with higher-level support organizations (26th NOS / DISA) during outages and escalationsProcess Authorized Service Interruptions (ASIs) as directedEngineering / Security Responsibilities:Maintain required security posture across network infrastructure including:STIG complianceIOS-XE upgradessecurity updatesConfigure, manage, and troubleshoot TACLANE / HAIPE encryption devices supporting classified and unclassified environmentsServe as final escalation point for complex routing, switching, encryption, and security issuesConduct packet captures and root cause analysisMaintain network diagrams, SOPs, and compliance documentationSupport special projects, day-to-day operations, and on-call rotationProvide mentorship and technical leadership to junior engineersRequirements:Active Secret clearanceCurrent 8140 IAT Level II certification (Intermediate or Advanced)CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Security7-10+ years of network engineering experience in secure enterprise environmentsProven DoD / defense contractor experienceHands-on experience with:Cisco DNACCisco ISE / 802.1XBGP / OSPFHAIPE devicesPreferred:IPv6 knowledgePython / Ansible automationCisco SD-WAN / CUCM / ACI exposureSIPR / air-gapped environment experienceAFNCR / Pentagon / Joint Base experienceAdditional Details:Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
