Job Description Up to $20,000 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility \n \n \nProvide, promote and maintain quality patient care during diagnostic and therapeutic imaging procedures through education, standards of practice, professional growth, and collaboration with other multidisciplinary health care providers. \n \n \n Demonstrate consistent use of AIDET communication principles (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) during all patient and family interactions to promote trust, understanding, and engagement. \n Actively participate in bedside handoff using SBAR to involve patients and families in their plan of care whenever appropriate. \n Communicate proactively with patients and families regarding delays, procedures, and changes in plan of care, setting clear expectations and providing timely updates. \n Utilize Teach Back methodology to confirm patient and family understanding of medications, treatments, discharge instructions, and follow-up care. \n Perform patient interventions completely and proficiently and demonstrates age specific competency for population of patients served. \n Performs related duties as required. \n \n \n Required: \n \n Education: Associates degree in Nursing required. \n Experience: Each candidate's previous clinical experience is reviewed to determine acceptable experience \n Licensure/Certification: \n \n A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required \n Should you hold a RN license from another Compact state, you are required to apply for and obtain a Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside within 30 days \n American Heart Association BLS CPR required, must be obtained within 7 days of hire. \n CPI certification within orientation. \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Preferred: \n \n Experience: \n \n Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred \n RN-C preferred \n \n Licensure/Certification: CPI certification within orientation. \n \n \n \nJoin our dedicated healthcare team where compassion meets innovation!
