• Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and recognize subtle clinical changes, using your judgement to intervene early and advocate for your patients
• Providing safe, evidence‑based medications, treatments, and hands on care grounded in strong clinical judgement
• Serving as a clinical partner to physicians and advanced providers, offering insight that supports timely, well‑coordinated care decisions

To be considered for this RN opportunity , you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse licence in good standing or Multistate RN Licence with NJ Endorsement and a current American Heart Association BLS certification and ACLS certification required within 6 months from the date of hire. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC. Telemetry/Medical‑Surgical hospital 1–2 years of experience is required; intermediate care and ventilator experience preferred. This position offers a full‑time night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Three 12hr shifts, weekends and rotating holidays. Schedule during the week will vary depending on department needs, allowing you to build strong patient relationships while maintaining balance.
