Great Salt Plains Health Center is looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is responsible, self-starter with a high sense of urgency and autonomy to work at our Medford location.

Requirements of the Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner:
- Oklahoma State license
- Completion and diploma from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- All experience levels accepted
