Saco, ME, US Jack Volkswagen of Saco has a rare opportunity for the right individual to join our growing dealership. Service Advisor is a very important position for the dealership. You are the person the customer thinks of when their vehicle has an issue and the person they see when they walk in to our facility – building long term relationships based on trust and integrity with clients is high priority. Greet customers with hospitality and respect Must be distinctly people-orientated Work with technician and co-workers to present the best repair / maintenance procedures to the customer Offer additional services and repairs to customers Compute the cost of replacement parts and labor, communicate and record estimates according to process Schedule appointments with customers and update them on vehicle status Insure all work is performed to proper specification Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times Professional phone skills Work to create long term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above district average Saturday availability Job Requirements Automotive experience preferred. Candidate must have experience in service industry, retail industry or experience in some kind of sales or customer service Experience with DealerTrack or automotive computer systems a plus Current valid drivers license & acceptable driving record for insurance carrier Pass a standard background check We are in an exciting growth phase and looking for the right person to get on board now for the long term. #J-18808-Ljbffr
