Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Active School Psychologist certification or license required
• Experience with individualized education plans (IEPs), testing, and assessment for K-12 students
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) frameworks
• Strong problem-solving abilities and compassion for supporting diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and interpret results to inform student support plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and assist in creating goals for students with special needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and behavioral goals
• Provide direct counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Develop and facilitate interventions for academic and behavioral issues
• Foster a safe, positive learning environment for all students
