To succeed in this role: required qualifications include having completed at least 3 years of a 4-year bachelor's degree program; May 2027 grads preferred. You should be a self-starter with a high-reaching and unstoppable attitude and an urge to persevere until you get it right. You should have an insatiable appetite to learn, always learning, growing, questioning, and challenging "what's been done before."
