Director, Quality Assurance Compliance

Responsibilities

Serve as Global Process Owner for supplier quality management across entire supplier lifecycle
Develop and execute supplier quality program strategy aligned with business and regulatory objectives
Lead process design initiatives translating strategic needs into scalable quality solutions
Establish enterprise-wide supplier quality standards, governance, policies, and procedures
Champion transformation initiatives and change management across manufacturing sites and functions

Requirements

Global Process Owner experience for supplier quality or related pharmaceutical function
Deep expertise in supplier quality management and end-to-end lifecycle processes
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams and enterprise governance models
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
Experience designing and implementing scalable, risk-based operational processes
Proven change management and stakeholder alignment capabilities
