Inventory - Warehouse Associate

About The Job Tamarac, Florida (Warehouse). Schedule 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30 PM. 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30 PM. About The Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Inventory Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain organized and accurate inventory within the warehouse. Count, track, and replenish stock following established procedures. Properly label and store products to ensure accurate inventory control. Audits & Accuracy Assist with routine inventory audits. Identify and report discrepancies, following internal processes to resolve them. Support continuous improvement of inventory workflows. Equipment Operation Safely operate order-picking equipment, including cherry pickers. Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Required: Experience operating cherry pickers or similar order-picking equipment. 1-2 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets/Docs). Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting). Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance. Team-oriented with a strong work ethic. English proficiency required to ensure safety, accuracy, and team communication.
