REGISTERED NURSE

Encompass Health is seeking a Med Surg RN to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, and implement individualized nursing care for adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs, supporting safe recovery and functional independence. You will manage meds, IVs, wounds, and telemetry while closely collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team.
