Job Summary 

APR Islands Management is seeking for an energetic and dedicated Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic restaurant team. In this pivotal role, you will support oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Co-Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Support on hiring, training, and development initiatives to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Support and Manage inventory control, food safety compliance, and proper food handling procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
• Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation with accuracy and integrity.
• Execute shift management activities to ensure efficient staffing levels, timely service, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective leadership, coaching, and team management while promoting hospitality excellence.

Experience

• Proven shift management experience within the food service industry, particularly in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining settings.
• Background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with staff training & development, interviewing skills, and team leadership.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS for transaction processing and reporting.
• Experience in inventory control, budgeting, cash handling, and assisting managing restaurant operations efficiently.
• Prior hospitality management or hotel experience is a plus; culinary experience or banquet/catering background is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
