Manager -

Push the state of the art in machine learning for embodied, interactive characters.

You\'ll lead applied research at the intersection of robotics, multimodal learning, and human-robot interaction, turning research wins into shipped product capabilities.

What You\'ll Do

• Lead research projects from problem framing through publication or product
• Design and train models for perception, behavior, or interaction
• Collaborate with engineering to deploy research into product
• Mentor other researchers and engineers

What We\'re Looking For

• PhD in ML, robotics, CS, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong publication record at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, CoRL, CVPR, etc.)
• Hands-on experience training large models end-to-end
• Track record of translating research into real products
