We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant to join our team at The Center for Living & Rehabilitation, a premier long-term care provider in Bennington, Vermont. About the Role:

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant, you will work under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide basic nursing care to our residents. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting changes to licensed staff
• Assisting with medication administration and treatment plans
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs

• Work closely with licensed nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Document resident care and progress accurately and efficiently

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and needs

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
