This full-time position requires knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 and HIPAA, Reporting Maltreatment of Vulnerable Adults and Minors, Conducting Substance Use Assessments and Clinical Evaluations, Understanding Substance Use Disorders, Referral Processes, Case Management, Group Dynamics, Residential/Outpatient Treatment, Aftercare Resources, Relapse Prevention, Co-Occurring Disorders, Professional Ethics, and Diagnostic Criteria. Skills include evaluations, placements, maintaining clinical records, developing treatment plans, counseling (individual, family, group), diagnosis, and referrals. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 1-year addiction counseling experience preferred.
