Registered Nurse

LifeBridge Health seeks a Registered Nurse for Grace Medical Center’s A.C.T. program. The RN will deliver compassionate, evidence-based care, performing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and monitoring patient responses. Responsibilities include patient and family education, care coordination with an interdisciplinary team, accurate documentation, and adherence to safety and infection-control standards. The nurse will support quality improvement initiatives, mentor support staff, and contribute to a collaborative culture focused on community health, recovery support, and continuous professional growth.
