Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring Slitter Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. POSITION OVERVIEW
• Four immediate full-time night shift openings
• Operate slitting and roll handling equipment while producing quality finished products
• Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, and efficiency
• Support production through machine operation, material handling, inspections, and quality verification
• Join a team manufacturing packaging products for the food, retail, and healthcare industries COMPENSATION
• $21.74 Per Hour Base Pay
• Additional $2.00 Per Hour Night Shift Differential
• Effective Night Shift Rate: $23.74 Per Hour SCHEDULE
• Night Shift (C & D Shift)
• 5:45 PM - 6:15 AM
• 12-Hour Continental Schedule ROLE
• Set up and operate core cutting and roll wrapping equipment
• Weigh, wrap, label, and palletize finished products
• Perform quality inspections before and after production runs
• Review customer specifications and maintain quality standards
• Perform data entry within production systems
• Support preventative maintenance activities
• Follow GMP, food safety, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist other production departments as needed ENVIRONMENT

• Ability To Work Night Shift REQUIRED
• High School Diploma, GED, Or Equivalent Experience REQUIRED
• Ability To Read, Write, And Communicate Effectively In English REQUIRED
• Basic Computer And Data Entry Skills REQUIRED
• Experience With Pallet Wrapping, Forklifts, Or Material Handling Equipment REQUIRED
• Mechanical Aptitude REQUIRED
• Ability To Read Rulers And Perform Basic Measurements REQUIRED
• Manufacturing Experience Preferred
