Biostatistics Associate Director

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Biostatistics Associate Director will develop statistical analysis plans, support clinical trial design and analysis, and ensure data quality for hematology studies. Key responsibilities Develops study protocols and statistical analysis plans, determining appropriate methodologies for data analysis Participates in database design meetings to ensure high-quality data that meets analysis requirements Analyzes clinical trial data and prepares reports to communicate results effectively to project teams Required qualifications PhD in Statistics or related field with 5+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 8+ years in clinical drug development Experience with clinical trials and knowledge of regulatory guidance Proficiency in SAS and/or R is strongly desirable Oncology experience is preferred but not required Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
