As the Physician Office Receptionist, Rheumatology, you support a smooth, accurate clinic experience by coordinating front-office workflows and clear communication between patients and the care team. This full-time, onsite role is scheduled TuesdayFriday, 6:30 AM5:00 PM (40 hrs/week). Key responsibilities include patient check-in/out, phone and message handling, appointment coordination, documentation support using appropriate medical terminology, and maintaining accurate records while working with physicians and clinical staff.
