TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Fort Myers, Florida, 33912!
Job Title: ICU Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical ICU Duration: Travel Assignment Shift: Variable Hours per Shift: 36 hours guarantee Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required License: Current RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, & NIHSS required Must-Have: - Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) - Common patient diagnoses include respiratory failure, kidney failure, COPD, CHF, and myocardial infarction - Patient ratios are 2:1 - Prior travel experience preferred Description: The role involves working in a medical/surgical intensive care unit. The position requires candidates to have at least 2 years of ICU experience. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory. Experience with Epic EMR is beneficial. The common patient diagnoses include respiratory failure, kidney failure, COPD, CHF, and myocardial infarction. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 2:1. Floating to other units may be required. Travelers are expected to function as core staff. Cultural fit is important, and travelers are welcomed into the unit. All required documentation must be submitted fully for consideration.
