Position: Restaurant Team Member As a SONIC Drive-In Restaurant Team Member, you'll handle a variety of food service responsibilities, including working at Fountain & Frozen, Food Production, Grill, Fryer, Switchboard, and Drive-Thru stations. Our team members are at the heart of our vibrant food service environment. Responsibilities include: Taking orders and providing accurate change quickly Delivering enthusiastic food service to guests Packaging menu items, ensuring quality and consistency Preparing drinks and ice cream treats Cooking on the grill and operating the fry station as needed Cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant, including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, dishwashing, and wiping counters Requirements: Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Flexibility to adapt to restaurant needs Effective communication, basic math, and reading skills Willingness to adhere to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards General knowledge of food service or retail is preferred but not required Must be at least 16 years old Additional Qualities: Friendly, courteous, and welcoming demeanor Willingness to cross-train across stations Motivated team players committed to cleanliness and safety Fast food experience is a plus but not necessary Join us and keep the SONIC tradition alive—apply today!
