Field Resource Foreman

General Purpose of the Job The WTI Field Resource Foreman (Foreman) oversees the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business. Safety is the foreman's primary priority and is embedded into every discussion, meeting, and project. The Foreman leads the WTI crew, manages crew operations, and ensures efficient execution of all WTI projects assigned within the region. The Foreman delivers timely service to all WTI customers and manages exposure to risks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct the daily onsite safety brief before the start of the WTI project with the Sales Rep, customer, and the WTI crew. Inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools; identify and discuss safety concerns. Complete and submit the Daily Hazard Analysis form to Supervisors as required. Ensure all project communication is completed before the start of any WTI project. This includes but is not limited to communication with: WTI Field Resources Supervisor (daily and before starting new projects, including sharing any communication with the Sales Reps). Sales Rep (weekly and/or as needed, and before new projects). WTI crew members (scope of work, daily tasks, and overall schedule). Customer/Client (as needed or required by the Sales Rep, daily and/or weekly). Manage project start and end times, daily productivity, and ensure tools and materials are available to complete the assigned project safely and efficiently. Complete an end‑of‑day and/or end‑of‑project walk‑through using the company‑mandated reporting tool to ensure workmanship quality and address punch list items before leaving the site. Ensure WTI Field Resource Reps have a professional appearance and positive customer interaction. Order, track, and monitor inventory and complete quarterly cycle counts on time. Provide pricing for self‑performing projects over $12,500. Submit all proposals over $20,000 to the Supervisor for review and approval before sending to the GS Administrator for logging and distribution to the Sales Rep. Monitor and manage Field Reps; consult with the Supervisor to resolve employee work‑related issues and document necessary actions. Elevate issues to HR as needed. Coordinate with the Supervisor to create project schedules. Review daily time reports and correct any discrepancies with the admin team. Attend all relevant calls, meetings, and trainings. Perform any other duties and/or projects as required or assigned by the Supervisor or Regional Business Manager. Other Skills and Abilities Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Availability to work weekends and/or holidays as needed. Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug test. Ability to read, write, and speak English. 30‑hour OSHA certification. Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred but not required. Minimum of five years of experience in the roofing industry. Thorough familiarity with built‑up, EPDM, PVC, and other low‑sloped roofing systems, as well as metal and other steep‑slope roofing systems, and how to repair them properly. Salary Range The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $53,000 and $65,000.
