Clear Dermatology & Aesthetics Center has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Aesthetician and Laser Technician to join our privately-owned dermatology practice.

As our Aesthetician, you will provide our patients with a wide range of aesthetic treatments, ensuring they receive personalized care that supports their skincare goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth consultations to assess patients’ skincare concerns and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and laser services.
• Educate patients on skincare regimens and offer product recommendations to maintain results.
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, attentiveness, and high-quality service
• Maintain accurate treatment notes, including before and after photos for each patient.
• Build long-term relationships with patients to foster repeat business and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic techniques and technologies by attending training and professional development opportunities.
• Assist with the maintenance and organization of treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and sanitary environment at all times.
• Participate in promotional activities for the practice, such as Open House events and community outreach.
• Perform aesthetic laser treatments in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• Licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician (required) .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performing aesthetic treatments.
• Minimum of 5 years of aesthetic laser treatments.
• Strong passion for patient care and delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments 
• Strong desire to learn and adapt to new skincare technologies and trends.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Proven track record of success.
• Confidence in recommending skincare regimens and educating patients on product benefits.
• Proficient in Google Drive applications and general office software.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
• Strict adherence to Board of Barbering sanitation regulations 
• Ability to stand or be on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule and drive your own success.
• Flexibility to travel between our different office locations in Paradise Valley and Scottsdale.
