The world can’t wait.You Have:2+ years of experience as a doctrine analyst, including with joint doctrine development, review, and analysisExperience conducting complex long-range studies and developing rigorous technical analyses and recommendationsExperience conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify gaps, redundancies, and areas for improvement across doctrine or materialsKnowledge of project management principlesAbility to translate complex information for various audiencesTS/SCI clearanceBachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience with military operations and staff, Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience with military operations and staff, or 10+ years of experience with military operations and staff in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:Experience leading or participating in major studies of comprehensive and highly complex issuesExperience supporting working groups, conferences, staffing cycles, or collaborative coordination processesExperience producing special studies, emerging doctrine analyses, or allied doctrine research reportsExperience advising senior military or civilian leaders on complex doctrine, education, or readiness issuesExperience coordinating multi-stakeholder staffing efforts and overseeing doctrinal workflowsKnowledge of Joint Electronic Library (JEL) and Joint Doctrine Development Tool (JDDT) systems and terminology processesPossession of excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
