Operations Planner

Location Fully onsite role at our Miami location, Doral, FL. Shift: 1st Shift Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Responsibilities Provide rate quotes for nonstandard transportation, e.g., expedite shipments. Perform order registration, including special requirements such as extra labor, forklifts, cranes. Ensure on‑time pickup and delivery; track and trace shipments. Apply applicable late reason codes as per Service Failure tracking and reporting. Work with customers to resolve inventory discrepancies and follow up on exception reporting and damage assessment. Participate in process flow documentation and SOP to identify opportunities for improvement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Customer service background in logistics with ability to handle problem resolution timely. Previous telecommunications site delivery coordination experience is a plus. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook; strong emphasis on Excel for tracking and analysis. Ability to manage inventory in an RF Portal and manual system environment; will work in office and travel to warehouse as needed. Understand transportation modes and service levels.
