Groundskeeper & Maintenance Porter (On-Call)

Valiant Residential is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain exterior spaces and assist the maintenance team. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, make-readies, and supporting functions while ensuring daily grounds care and safety compliance. You will need at least one year of related experience, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on-call and weekends.
