Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.The Sr Manager for Global Indirect Procurement Engineering will develop best in class global strategic sourcing plans, lead strategic contract negotiations and handle key internal and external partnerships to support the following categories across all our Brands and Geographies: Capital, Construction Services and Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MROs) related to Key Global Capital partners.ResponsibilitiesStrategy:Support multi year category strategy and execution plan, including all aspects of total value, innovation, sustainability, resilience, cost optimization, automation and speed.Define total value metrics and tracking methodology for key supplier relationships.Develop cost models and drive fact based cost forecasts and budget guidance for key spend.Update annual Category/Supplier Segmentation for Capital, construction and MRO, and develop supplier engagement models accordinglyNegotiate strategic supplier contracts and support and supervise key global Savings and Growth initiatives.Achieve or exceed the annual savings goals.Support Divisional teams, elevating any challenges with global suppliers.Identify and assess category risks, develop/execute risk mitigation plans.Relationships and EngagementLead the Global Services Procurement Capital network to implement category governance, strategic supplier relations and best practices sharing.Develop and implement positive relationships with category partners to elevate the procurement role on delivering against business priorities. Elevate partnerships with key suppliers to drive innovation, resilience, total value via customer of choice approach.Lead Strategic supplier Top to top engagements and drive the Supplier Relationship Management program with identified supplier partnersInnovation and Continuous ImprovementDrive innovation, automation and efficiency across led spend through participation in Industry events, engagement in benchmarking exercises, and bringing category trends.Develop and implement any related process improvement in the category.Contribute to the company’s renewable energy and sustainability initiatives and goals.Digital, Data and AnalyticsPerform thorough spend analysis, and apply spend analytics best practices for the categories under responsibility.Be a data champion and apply analytics to drive strategy and decision makingActively support the Global Procurement Digital Transformation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.8+ years of Procurement experience managing supply chain categories (manufacturing, engineering, facilities management, warehousing, etc.4 years of experience managing supplier relationships, executing and managing supplier programs and negotiating contracts with relevant entities.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.Experience in the CPG industry including Global experience.Excellent interpersonal skills and People Management experienceCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range $124,000.00 - $174,000.00 USDPay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year).
