Overview
Seeking a Project Engineering Manager to oversee the engineering delivery of multiple water and wastewater projects, including advanced treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and sustainable infrastructure.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on large municipal projects.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop engineering staff.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical quality.
- Coordinate design activities across disciplines and ensure project compliance.
- Serve as primary technical lead and point of contact for clients.
- Support business development and manage project changes.
- Provide technical guidance for complex water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Bachelors degree in engineering (accredited program).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven track record in managing multi-discipline water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
- Hybrid or flexible work options may be available after initial onboarding.
- Requires occasional travel to project sites.
- Must meet standard pre-employment screening requirements.
