Store Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a Scooter's Coffee drive-thru kiosk. You'll run a small, fast-paced team focused on speed, quality, and friendly service. This is a great fit for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in running a tight operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of baristas
• Hit sales, speed of service, and labor targets
• Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and waste
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and up to brand standards
• Deliver a warm customer experience and resolve issues quickly
• Ensure food safety and compliance standards are met

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of management or shift-lead experience, ideally in coffee, quick-service, or retail
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, customer service, and basic reporting
• Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure
• Open availability, including early mornings and weekends
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
