Shape essential infrastructure with your hands

Step onto our precast manufacturing floor and into a day that moves with purpose. You’ll prep molds before sunrise, place reinforcement with precision, and guide each pour from start to clean finish. By shift’s end, pipes, manholes, box culverts, and custom pieces you helped build are staged and ready for delivery—each one checked for quality and dimensional accuracy.

What you’ll do

• Support the production of precast concrete products, including pipes, manholes, box culverts, and custom structures.
• Prepare, clean, assemble, and strip concrete molds and forms to meet production needs.
• Place and secure rebar, wire mesh, and other reinforcement inside molds.
• Pour, level, and finish concrete to specification in a fast-paced production environment.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect finished units for defects, quality, and precise dimensions.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products around the facility.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain a safe, efficient operation.
• Follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.
• Assist with routine maintenance of forms, molds, and production equipment as needed.

What you bring

• Background in construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfort working in varying weather conditions and industrial environments.
• Reliable work ethic, strong attendance, and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others as needed.
• Forklift, crane, or heavy equipment experience is a plus.
