Retail Sales Team Leader

You will work closely with the Boutique Manager and Assistant Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the customer journey through strong leadership and a passion for service. Your focus will be on coaching your team to become experts in customer experience and product knowledge, championing warm, memorable interactions with every guest, and cultivating a high‑performing, hospitality‑driven culture that keeps customers coming back. What You’ll Be Doing Drive Results: Function as manager on duty, driving sales by maximizing overall store productivity and building customer relationships through exceptional experiences in a fast‑paced environment. Assist the ASM and SM in leveraging reporting and sales trends to help the store achieve key sales, customer acquisition, and service goals. Excellence in Operational Execution: Ensure store standards are maintained—cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational tasks (inventory/stock management, TQM compliance, and cash processes). Care about safety and create a safe, healthy environment for employees and customers. Customer/Hospitality‑Driven: Cultivate personalized coffee experiences by using storytelling to share knowledge of our coffee and sustainability practices to build customer relationships. Delight customers with complimentary coffee tastings and highlight extensive product knowledge to build the customer base and boost sales. Inspiring People Leadership: Act to influence and inspire a team to drive sales and service performance through coaching and training. Collaborative Team Player: Actively seek and provide feedback, build strong relationships with colleagues, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. Find ways to champion innovative ideas, adapt quickly to changes, and bring a growth mindset to creatively solve problems. What You’ll Bring You have 2+ years of experience driving sales and leading a team in a high‑volume retail environment. You have patience for day‑to‑day challenges and are resourceful in troubleshooting on the spot. You possess effective communication, time management, and analytical skills. You are punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
