Customer Service Representative I Summary Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. The Customer Service Representative ensures customer satisfaction by answering product and delivery questions and suggesting information about other products. Processes orders, prepares correspondence, and tracks customer orders, works to resolve any delivery issues. Qualifications 1‑3 years of effective customer support experience, preferably in a wholesale redistribution environment Strong phone skills Dynamic active listening Impassioned customer satisfaction focus Solid ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations Proven ability to prioritize and manage time effectively Duties Builds sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Meets call handling and order entry quotas Handles complaints, provides appropriate solutions and alternatives Keeps records and tracks pricing for customers Reviews deduction lists, credit report, and pricing over‑ride report Communicates with warehouse managers on late, large and/or add‑on of orders Works closely with other Customer Service Reps to encourage a teamwork environment Expedites reports (back orders/open orders) Tracks status of products and stock requests with purchasing team Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Eclipse (AS400)/Solar (Window based) system R.J.
