The organization has built a strong reputation for quality construction, safety, collaboration and successfully delivering complex projects for both public and private-sector clients.The company offers Project Managers the opportunity to work on a variety of project types while building long-term relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and internal teams.Job DescriptionManage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Oversee project budget, schedule, contracts and documentation.Manage subcontractor procurement and contract administration.Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and trade partners.Lead project meetings and maintain clear project communication.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals and change orders.Track project costs, commitments and potential changes.Identify and resolve project issues proactively.Work closely with the Superintendent to maintain schedule and project quality.Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships.Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful Applicant7-12+ years of commercial construction experience at a general contractorProven experience managing commercial construction projects.Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, scheduling and subcontractor management.Experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout.Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.Well-rounded commercial construction background preferred.Experience with civic, education, healthcare, hospitality, multifamily or other complex commercial projects is a plus.Ground-up construction experience preferred.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.What's on OfferBase salary up to $185k depending on experienceESOPVehicle allowance3 weeks PTO401k with matching
