Electrical Foreman - Miami

Electrical Foreman Hypower LLC., is currently seeking an Electrical Foreman to join our team. The wage range for this position is $32/hr – $38/hr based on experience and qualifications. Requirements Eight or more years of electrical experience Excellent understanding of NEC Code requirements and OSHA safe work practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills A valid Florida State or County Journeyman Electrician license Skilled at detailed material take offs for specific work areas to create work plan. Proven experience with short‑term scheduling and for work plans. Ability to communicate work plan to employees to get the desired result. History in QA processes and labor production tracking. Proven ability to clearly define daily goals to the crew, consistently follow up on progress, train on areas they are not strong in and mentor them in their career path. Proven ability to interpret plans, specifications, and product data Proven ability to proactively identify and DOCUMENT problems/constraints and resolve them timely and professionally.
