Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Description Job Description C. R. Rader Company is a small, family-owned business that has served the Macon community for more than 100 years. We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on bookkeeping experience and is comfortable independently handling the full range of day-to-day accounting responsibilities for a small business. ** Responsibilities include: ** Payroll processing Payroll taxes and quarterly reports W-2 preparation Accounts payable Accounts receivable Sales tax General ledger Maintaining accurate financial records Other bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities as needed ** Qualifications: ** Strong QuickBooks proficiency required Previous full-charge bookkeeping experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of payroll, payroll taxes, AP/AR, sales tax, and general ledger Ability to work independently and accurately Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented ** Schedule: ** This is an in-person, part-time position in downtown Macon averaging approximately 15 hours per week. We have flexibility around the exact schedule and are open to discussing a schedule that works well for the right candidate. ** Why Join C. R.
