As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime, support production goals, and ensure a safe working environment.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Maintain machinery to ensure maximum production efficiency and reliability.
• Utilize voltmeters, ammeters, ohm meters, and other testing equipment to identify electrical issues.
• Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and automated production systems.
• Repair and maintain 3-phase electrical systems, motors, drives, and power distribution equipment.
• Perform AC/DC motor and drive maintenance, wiring, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Maintain inventory of spare and replacement parts to support ongoing operations.
• Complete maintenance documentation and work orders accurately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

• Experience with industrial electrical systems and controls.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities in manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience using electrical testing equipment, including voltmeters, ammeters, and ohm meters.
• Understanding of 3-phase industrial power distribution systems.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, drives, and automated equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting PLCs and automated control systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs and reliability practices.
• Ability to work independently and respond quickly to equipment issues.

This position is based in a traditional manufacturing facility that is non-climate controlled and can be loud due to large production equipment and machinery. Maintenance technicians work closely with production teams to keep equipment running efficiently and safely.

This is a Permanent position based out of Mendota, IL.

The pay range for this position is $62504.00 - $92352.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
