Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Business Developer . This is a high-impact, relationship-driven sales role focused on new business development , face-to-face conversations, and long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through phone and in-person sales efforts
• Conduct approximately 100 sales activities weekly , including 60 face-to-face meetings with decision-makers
• Meet directly with business leaders to assess staffing needs and present customized solutions
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans targeting new clients and growth opportunities
• Lead outreach efforts for Top 20 Hit List prospects
• Collaborate daily with the internal recruiting team to ensure client needs are met
• Represent Express professionally in client offices, plants, and community settings
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support growth and client success

Working Conditions:

• Regular travel throughout the local area, including client sites and plants
• Ability to manage daily travel, deadlines, and client priorities
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and operate a vehicle
• Occasional out-of-town travel for meetings or training

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• Day shift, 8-hour workdays
