Why You Will Appreciate This Position Collaborative and Supportive Environment: Three in-house OBGYN hospitalists available on shift 24/7 A Certified Nurse Midwife present at all times Close cooperation with specialists in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology A collegial atmosphere where teamwork enhances patient outcomes Consistent and predictable scheduling with multiple OBGYN hospitalists on duty during each shift Your Responsibilities: Labor & Delivery Leadership: Oversee births in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwives while supporting a busy, high-acuity labor and delivery unit. OBED / Triage: Assess all non-labor patients arriving at OBED triage and manage unassigned patients as necessary. Surgical & Procedural Care: Conduct GYN procedures and surgeries as required, ensuring efficient inpatient care. High-Risk Obstetrics Collaboration: Work closely with Maternal-Fetal Medicine to provide care for high-risk antepartum patients.
