Role Description The Mental Health Therapist is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, TX. This role includes providing individual and family therapy sessions, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, and developing evidence-informed treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs. The therapist will offer ongoing case management support, coordinate services with community partners, and maintain clear, timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities also include participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, engaging in crisis intervention when needed, and ensuring services are delivered in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered manner. The therapist will contribute to program improvement by sharing client insights, collaborating on new initiatives, and supporting outreach to underserved BIPOC communities.
