Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform nuclear medicine imaging and ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare providers in the Heart Station department.
• Conduct SPECT Imaging and analyze patient images accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of patient tests and results following clinical standards.
• Regularly monitor equipment for proper operation and report maintenance needs.
• Provide effective communication and patient care during nuclear imaging procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Allied Health Field.
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine or Board Certified by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB).
• Licensed in the State of Ohio.
• One year experience in Nuclear Cardiology with emphasis in SPECT Imaging preferred.
• Hold current CPR certification.
• Physical capability to perform duties including lifting 50 pounds and administering CPR.
