Takes tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing.Wash all china, glass and silverwareClean all equipment, pots and pansStore all equipment in proper locationsSweep and mop all floors in the kitchenMaintain a clean and safe working environmentAttend mandatory meetings.Perform all assigned side work.Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards.Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications:Ability to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
