The ideal candidate will uphold the highest integrity with a heart for servant leadership and always promote the patient's well‑being by providing the highest standards of care. Requirements Perform client evaluations, including skin evaluations, desired results, treatment plans, and explanation of aesthetic results, risks, and benefits. Perform aesthetic services—hydrafacial, dermaplaning, spa‑style facials, and light chemical peels. Maintain accurate medical documentation, such as patient charting, before‑and‑after photos, and treatment records. Prioritize patient safety above all else: inspect the aesthetician room and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontamination, sanitization, room preparation, etc.). Honor and respect the diversity of our patients and their individual rights to care. Acknowledge and remedy mistakes and seek to advance your skills and understanding within the industry. Must be available full‑time; open availability. Skills Proven experience as an esthetician. Working knowledge of medical aesthetics. Knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures from the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. Kind and professional. Responsible and compassionate.
