As a bartender, you'll do more than pour drinks — you'll create welcoming experiences, build guest connections, and contribute to the warm, elevated atmosphere our guests return for time and time again.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other specialty drinks according to recipe and service standards
• Demonstrate strong beverage knowledge, including cocktails, wine pairings, beer, and specialty offerings
• Understand daily specials, featured menus, and resort offerings to confidently guide guests
• Practice responsible alcohol service, including recognizing signs of intoxication and following safe serving guidelines
• Complete pre-shift preparation, including stocking garnishes, ice, mixers, syrups, and house-made infusions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, dining, and service areas throughout the shift
• Professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, escalating issues when necessary
• Support fellow team members to foster a collaborative and positive work environment
• Follow all safety, sanitation, workplace policies, and resort standards

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of professional bartending experience in a full-service, high-volume environment preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and beverage service standards
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating elevated guest experiences
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and guest-focused during busy service periods
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
• Ability to successfully complete a background check

Physical Requirements:

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, frequent bending and reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Team members should be comfortable navigating stairs, repetitive motions, and both indoor and seasonal outdoor work conditions.
