Job Description Are you a seasoned HVAC Maintenance Technician who enjoys working in the exciting field of property management? Come join the fast-paced team of a premier management group in Plantation, FL! HVAC Maintenance Tech will do all aspects of a "make-ready" board, preparing rental units in a conventional, multi-family community for incoming new residents. Must be experienced in general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair and have excellent customer service skills.
