Kaleidoscope Family Solutions is seeking dedicated individuals to provide therapeutic support for youth and caregivers participating in treatment services through the Division of Prevention and Behavioral Health Services (DPBHS). As a Therapeutic Support for Families (TSF) , you will play a crucial role in empowering families by providing psycho-educational, therapeutic, and supportive services. Your work will help families stay together, strengthen relationships, and develop strategies for success. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a related human services field. * Valid driver’s license and adequate auto insurance. * Ability to pass FBI, Child Abuse, and Criminal Background Checks + Drug Test. * Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Willingness to work flexible hours based on family needs, including evenings and weekends. * Commitment to trauma-informed care and professional boundaries.
