As a Priority Caregiver with our Priority Care Team, you'll step in to support older adults and families during short-notice care needs, schedule changes, hospital transitions, or unexpected gaps in care — providing thoughtful, relationship-centered support when it matters most. This role is intentionally designed for caregivers who value meaningful work without a fixed weekly schedule and appreciate the flexibility to choose shifts that fit their lifestyle.This role may be a great fit for someone who:Wants meaningful caregiving work without guaranteed weekly hoursIs semi-retired or retired from healthcareAlready works PRN or part-time and wants occasional additional shiftsWants the freedom and flexibility to choose when they workEnjoys variety and feels comfortable stepping into new environmentsIs dependable, responsive, and calm under changing circumstancesFinds purpose in helping families during moments of unexpected needThis role is best suited for caregivers seeking flexibility rather than a predictable weekly schedule.
