Cardiac Cath Lab Technician

Location: Dublin, GA

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM with weekday and weekend call required.

Job Description: The Cardiac Cath Lab Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of cardiac procedures in a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory. This role includes scrubbing and monitoring during cases, as well as handling patient care in a 1:1 ratio during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cardiac catheterizations and assist with device implants.
• Conduct vascular procedures and interventional radiology procedures.
• Monitor patients during procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain and operate standard Cath Lab and IR equipment.
• Document procedures and patient interactions using Meditech/Mac Lab systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician.
• Certification as a Registered Rad Tech (RT(R)) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required.
